Your UserID and Password can be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you signed up. Simply tell us your First and Last Name, and the "reminder word" you provided when you signed up (you entered this upon sign-up to remind you of your password.)  Make sure you spell everything correctly. If you have questions, email us at webtech@spb.ca.gov.  Please include your full name and your State Controllers Agency Code.
