The reporting location for this position is 5469 E. Olive Ave, Fresno, CA. This position will work under the direction of the Executive Officer.
The incumbent will perform a broad range of analytical and support services associated with developing and implementing the San Joaquin River Parkway under the direction of the Executive Officer. The incumbent will prepare written reports and presentations, perform evaluations and make recommendations, administer budgets, contracts, and grants, and assist with environmental stewardship of Conservancy lands. These duties require a general understanding of government policies and practices, program planning, budgeting and spreadsheets, strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in workplace software, email, and internet tools. A background understanding of conservation, natural resources, and environmental planning is preferred. One vacancy will be filled at the level commensurate with experience and qualifications, duties will be adjusted accordingly. State housing is not available.
