JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a self starter that is looking for an exciting new challenge to join the INC Liaison Desk Training Team. Under the general direction of the Administrator I the incumbent will function as an advanced journeyperson with responsibility for: serving as an expert to others in indentifying, documenting and resolving complex or sensitive technical issues, interacting with others at all levels in and out of the organization, and evaluating the use of technology for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations. The incumbent will also participate on projects and teams that affect the Filing Enforcement Section.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Working knowledge of the INC Application, TI, BETS, & ARCS.
Knowledge of WASS Application.
Experience with PIT and/ or BE Tax Laws.
Familiar with FTB Collection Process.
Familiar with FTB Compliance System processes (DLC, CFE & FE)
Familiar with reviewing, analyizing and writing Business Rules and Requirements and Use Case Analysis.
Understanding of the Non-Filer Process.
Strong Analytical skills, techniques and business writing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to adjust work schedule to meet operational needs.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
Ability to effectively deal with the public and establish and maintain a positive working relationship.
Contact Center Experience.
