As a Classification and Pay Analyst you will be responsible for interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations, reviewing position action requests, out-of-class assignments, training and development assignments, proposed reorganizations, and more. Other opportunities include, but are not limited to, formulating or revising classification specifications and allocation guidelines, working on special projects, and providing training in a classroom environment.
