Job Description:
Under supervision performs a variety of clerical support duties, including typing and data entry. Processes incoming and outgoing mail, maintains correspondence and document files, responds to voice mail messages by completing forms orders, and provides general clerical assistance to other members of the staff. At all times maintains the confidentiality of Department records through the proper adherence of EDD security rules and requirements for internal documents and automated system access.

Special Requirements: Applicants must submit a STD 678 State Application and indicate the basis for your eligibility to the Office Assistant (Typing) classification. Please include a copy of exam results and typing certificate.
