The reporting location for this position is Lake Perris State Recreation Area in Perris. The incumbent will travel throughout the southern part of the State to act as lead on the South Accessibility Construction Unit and complete construction projects and remove accessibility barriers in various State Parks. Typical projects may include placement of concrete, campsite and picnic site work modifications, facility modifications and other skilled activities. Incumbent will need good administrative skills for record keeping, reports, and purchasing of materials for projects using Cal-Card and Purchase Authority Purchase Orders. The incumbent’s work schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 6:30am to 5:00pm during the months of February through November, and during the months of December and January, work hours will be from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
