The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Exams Manager (Staff Services Manager I). This position is responsible for coordinating and administering the complex and highly sensitive examinations as part of the Department’s decentralized examination program. The position requires that the incumbent demonstrate good judgment, work cooperatively with others, display good communication skills, and utilize creativity when appropriate in developing successful exams. The incumbent provides examination and technical expertise to management and acts as a consultant for managers, supervisors and program specialists in all areas relating to the exam process.
