The reporting location for this position is the Orange Coast District Headquarters located in San Clemente. This position will work under the direction of the South Sector State Park Superintendent. The incumbent will supervise the overall maintenance operations of the Sector, which is comprised of Doheny, San Clemente, and San Onofre State Beaches. The incumbent will assist in developing the Sector’s maintenance budget, facilitate the purchase of new and replacement equipment; will manage maintenance seasonal funds and ensure proper training and safety procedures for all Sector maintenance employees. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure all facilities and equipment is kept safe and operational. The incumbent will comply with all MAXIMO requirements, documenting facility maintenance and property. State housing is not available.
