The reporting location for this position is in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of Accounting Administrator I. This successful candidate will act as a lead for the Department's Accounts Payable Unit, and is responsible for auditing and processing the more complex payments including: Casual Labor, Rents, Leases, Use Tax Reports, and Settlements. Knowledge of CALSTARS, Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, is required. A legible copy of transcripts showing completion of courses required for this classification must be included with the application.
