Job Description:
Under the direction of the Chief, Field Operations Division, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief on sensitive departmental and/or program issues by performing a variety of technical, analytical and clerical tasks relating to the administration of the Sales and Use Tax Department, Field Operations Division. The incumbent performs a wide variety of difficult and complex secretarial/assistant tasks that require confidentiality and a substantial degree of autonomy, relieving the Chief, Field Operations Division of routine administrative details. Currently the position is located in Culver City; probable relocation of position to El Segundo.

All applicants will be considered, however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority (be sure to attach proof of this status to your application). The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.
