Under the direction of the District Administrator, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the District Administrator on sensitive departmental and/or program issues by performing a variety of technical, analytical and clerical tasks relating to the administration of the Sales and Use Tax Department District Office. The incumbent performs a wide variety of complex secretarial/assistant tasks that require confidentiality and a substantial degree of autonomy, relieving the District Administrator of routine administrative details. Candidate must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.
