Job Description:
The Centralized Revenue Opportunity System (CROS) Project is a modernization effort to replace BOE’s legacy mainframe-based revenue and collection systems, to develop an enterprise data warehouse, and to expand online services.

The CROS Project needs 1.0 Assistant Information Systems Analyst.

Job Description:

Under the direction of a SSM II, the Assistant Information Systems Analyst (Asst. ISA) provides support to the CROS Project in matters related to desktop computers, and other electronic information processing systems, including installation, operation, troubleshooting, problem identification and analysis, and solution development. The Asst. ISA provides assistance and support for office automation issues related to Microsoft Office, web-based technologies, networking and data communications, electronic mail, operating systems, and printer support. As needed, the Asst. ISA will assist other CROS staff on automation projects that may have organizational impact.

Who May Apply:

Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, or have list eligibility.
