Under the general supervision of the Data Processing Manager II, the Associate Information Systems Analyst will be responsible from a daily operations standpoint for all of the components that make up BOE's complex network infrastructure. Responsibilities for this position include the operation, installation and monitoring of network hardware and/or software appliances including routers, switches, VOIP phones, wireless access points and controllers. Responsibilities include tracking and inventory of network equipment, IP Address tracking, and completing BOE network topology diagrams. This position also serves as a project technical team member on enterprise network support projects. Course work in networking or current certifications desirable. Travel required 10% of the time.
