Job Description:
Under the direction of the Supervising Tax Auditor II, the Tax Auditor is typically involved in auditing very large multi-state and multi-national taxpayers in relation to the Sales and Use Tax program. Meeting the training requirements for this job may require overnight travel for one or more days. Travel required 50% of the time. Interested candidates must meet educational requirements. The incumbent will receive $346.00 per month pay differential. The position is located in a high-rise building. More than one position available. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
