Job Description:
Under the general supervision of a Research Manager I, the incumbent develops industry and occupational employment projections for the State and local areas. The incumbent uses the methods and Projections Suite software prescribed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Projections Managing Partnership to insure consistent methodology and results across the states. The incumbent documents and maintains procedures and instructions used to develop the State and local area employment projections.
