The reporting location for this position is the District Office located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. This position will work under the direction of the Administrative Officer III. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the accounting and contract services in the district, as well as, supervising the Business and Fiscal team. The incumbent must foster an atmosphere of quality, fairness, consistency, and teamwork where staff is mentored and coached. The incumbent should possess the following interpersonal skills: Customer service, time management, communication, analytical experience, ability to multi-task, vision, team member, punctuality, and dependability. The District seeks someone that enjoys helping others and fosters a positive outlook to the office. Public transportation is available from many parts of the San Diego area.
