The reporting location for this position is the Clear Lake Sector Office located in Kelseyville. This position will work under the direction of the Sector Superintendent. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the Visitor Services activities within the Clear Lake Sector consisting of Clear Lake State Park and Anderson Marsh State Historic Park. Clear Lake State Park is located 3.5 miles northeast of Kelseyville. Clear Lake State Park has four campgrounds, two group camps, and boat launching facilities. Anderson Marsh State Historic Park is 20 miles east of Kelseyville. Anderson Marsh State Historic Park is a day use park with 10,000 year old archeological sites, a historic building complex and a nature preserve. This position will supervise three State Park Peace Officer (Rangers) and various seasonal staff, oversee public safety and law enforcement activities, campground operations, volunteer management, cooperating association liaison, interpretation and resource management.
