JOB DESCRIPTION : The Facilities Management Section has an opportunity for a Facilities Services and Staff Support Analyst possessing strong organizational skills, the ability to manage several assignments simultaneously, and an understanding of all analytical processes related to building and occupancy maintenance. Under the close supervision of the Ad I, Facilities Management Section, the incumbent performs a variety of technical and analytical business services activities related to Facilities Maintenance and Staff Support issues. The incumbent is expected to perform with an increasing level of independence over time. With minimal supervision, independently perform technical business service work and provide customer service for a wide variety of building maintenance related problems and services.
