Job Description:
Under the supervision of a Business Tax Administrator II and the guidance of a Senior Specialist Property Appraiser, the Assistant Property Appraiser in the Assessment Services Unit researches the less complex property tax issues involving the taxation of real property and learns to prepare written analyses of findings. Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations. This position may require up to 50 percent travel throughout the state. This position is not eligible for an Alternate Work Schedule. This position is located in the Natomas area with free parking.
