Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, Imaging and Mail Processing Center (IMPC), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst/AGPA will independently perform the most responsible, varied and complex technical analytical staff services assignments/duties related to the Tax Revenue Branch. The incumbent’s responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to independently analyzing operational performance, staffing and equipment needs; leading teams tasked with identifying operational opportunities and implementing new processes; analyzing and determining the impact of proposed workflows; creating, revising and maintaining operational and procedure manuals; and the ongoing analysis, recommendation and provision of alternatives for operational improvements and efficient operations. The position is located in a high-rise building. A LEAP Certification List will be utilized.
