The incumbent will serve as a lead member of the E-Services Mid-Tier unit. The Analyst typically serves as a mentor to staff on project teams or works independently to develop and maintain existing applications of the highest complexity that support producing returns, receipt of payments, and management of accounts receivables and allocation of revenue. Develops or enhances the most complex applications, which support any BOE entity. This can include participating on a team effort for the most complex information system projects, primary support position for information systems, and participating on teams in exploring and applying new technology to solve new requests or increase the efficiency of existing systems. Candidate must be able to perform the essential job functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations. Advanced working experience with JAVA(J2EE)/Jsp is highly desirable. Advanced experience in developing web applications using Struts desired. Advanced experience developing web services is desired.
