Under the general supervision of a Senior Information Systems Analyst (Supervisor) the incumbent will serve as a member of the Web Services Division. The staff Information systems Analyst typically completes updates to web pages independently, responding to requests from a content coordinator. Some requests require designing pages from scratch or programming backend functionality. This can include participating or leading a team effort for complex web projects, acting as a representative of Web Services on larger information systems projects, and participating or leading a team in exploring and applying emerging technology to solve new requests or increase the efficiency and usability of existing systems.
