Under the general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator II, the Staff Information Systems Analyst serves as the journey-level technology expert for the Board of Equalization’s SUTD Technology Unit and provides advice, recommendations, and support related to information technology systems, information technology, computer and related equipment issues; develops plans and recommendations addressing the SUTD’s technology, computer and related equipment needs; and coordinates all information technology activities between the SUTD and the Technology Services Division. The position also administers the Board’s User Security System for SUTD. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
Must be flexible and willing to adjust to changing assignments and priorities.
Must be able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Must possess personal characteristics of integrity, tact, sound judgment, initiative and dependability.
