Under the direction of the Manager of the Funding Administration and Support Unit (FASU), the person selected for this position will conduct local fiscal and administrative reviews of child care and development program contractors throughout the State. Extensive travel required. Duties include compliance monitoring, writing, editing, and analyzing reports and documents, conducting presentations; review, analyze and implement statue and regulations, communicate with the Early Education and Support Division’s Management Team, CDE contractor staff, and the public. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing

Ability to reason logically and consistently apply monitoring protocols
Ability to analyze data and report compliance review findings
Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access; a variety of databases; and Web applications
