Under the general direction of an Administrator I, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the ARM Division management and staff. The incumbent is required to consistently exercise independence, good judgment and initiative in performing the most complex and specialized assigned tasks. Preparation of various documents and reports requires the incumbent to pay close attention to details and produce accurate results. The incumbent’s responsibilities include all issues related to coordination of hiring efforts within the ARM Division. The incumbent will research, review, evaluate, and provide analysis regarding the potential impact to the ARM Division’s various hiring and training efforts. The incumbent must be knowledgeable and up to date on all procedures and polices related to hiring and training that could impact the ARM Division. The incumbent will also be assigned as an analyst for projects associated with the ARM Division recruitment, exam, and hiring efforts. The incumbent will also serve as the Advisory, Analysis, and Services Bureau’s representative on various teams including the HR Liaison Team.

  • Knowledge and a broad understanding of the ARM Division collection programs.

Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) may also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
