JOB DESCRIPTION : Under the general direction of an Administrator I within the Correspondence, Analysis, Support, and Education Section (CASES) within the Filing Services Bureau (FSB), the incumbent is responsible for providing statistical analysis of data related to the effectiveness of bureau programs, as well as providing management with program performance information needed to make business decisions. The incumbent will also act as the departments back up contact for updating and revising the department’s internal electronic FTB Public Service Bulletins (PSBs) webpage. You will represent the bureau or section, providing technical and public service expertise, related to the publication of various documents and provide assistance updating the department’s RACK, the online reference manual. In carrying out these responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to: model appropriate behavior for others; strive for continuous improvement in the workplace; work cooperatively with others; communicate clearly, accurately and promptly; and treat everyone with fairness, honesty, courtesy and respect.
