JOB DESCRIPTION : Under the general direction of an Administrator II in the Withholding Services & Compliance Section (WSCS), the incumbent is responsible for project and analytical work to support the operational functions of WSCS. The incumbent’s primary responsibility is to provide analysis for business requirements relating to the Withhold at Source System (WASS), Enterprise Data Revenue (EDR), and WSCS. You will utilize a variety of analytical techniques to evaluate and identify change requests for system and process improvements. Preparation of various documents and reports requires the incumbent to be detail oriented and produce accurate results. You must display good organizational and time management skills together with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Advanced skills utilizing MS Office products including Microsoft Project, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel with Pivot Tables.
Ability to effectively analyze issues, define problems, and recommend effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to effectively and efficiently manage multiple workloads to meet deadlines.
Ability to use good judgment.
