JOB DESCRIPTION : Under the guidance of the WASS Testing Lead and the general direction of the Data Processing Manager II, you will use various software tools to test system enhancements, proposed business solutions and existing system defects. You will work independently as well as closely with other testing staff members, and requirements and development staff to test relevant system and application behaviors to resolve system-specific incidents and issues. Your work will be performed within our Mission and Values framework and is geared toward the Bureau’s effectiveness and efficiency while focusing on the needs of our business customer.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

Knowledge of, or experience with, the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as Microsoft Project.
