Under close supervision of the Business Taxes Administrator I of the Special Taxes Policy and Compliance Division, the Office Assistant (General) will perform basic clerical functions such as phone reception, sorting, filing and reproduction tasks. Additionally, the employee will distribute mail, and prepare, scan and index all documents relating to Special Taxes Policy and Compliance Division programs. The position is located in a high-rise building. A LEAP Certification List will be utilized. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
