JOB DESCRIPTION : Under the general direction of the Data Processing Manager II, Infrastructure Planning, Release and Support Services Section, in the Technology Planning & Decision Support Bureau, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with a wide variety of bureau specific duties. Major tasks include: analyzing, processing and monitoring ISB's purchase requests for IT and Non-IT; maintaining SharePoint databases and Outlook folders for the OEE process; acting as liaison between ISB and other bureaus within FTB; conducting research and analysis on all ISB's expiring contracts to determine necessary action. Addtional tasks may include serving as ISB's Release Manager; processing invoices & purchase orders; creating/maintaining the bureau's various reports.

Understanding of FTB's common processes: Schedule 3, OE&E/6278 purchasing, IT requests, Release Management.
Familarity with IT Processes.
