Title: BUSINESS SERVICE ASSISTANT (SPECIALIST)
Salary: $2,495.00 - $3,819.00

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general direction of direction of the Administrator I, Admin and Analytical Support Unit, the incumbent is responsible for the department's mass mailing forms inventory. Establishes reorder points, reconciles usage, monitors trend changes and orders. Incumbent manages $450,000 budget and initates the procurement process as needed. Submits requests for quotes to the Office of State Printing and reorders requests via the EDMS. Coordinates the departments surplus and surveyed property activities. Provides quality control and condition assessment of property. Liasion with the Department of General Services Property Reutilization and donee organizations. Maintain inventory databases, prepares and submits reports. Develops and maintains related data bases. Acts as Lead andassists with other related duties as needed.

Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) may also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
