Under the general direction of a Personnel Supervisor I, the Board of Equalization (BOE) is looking for individuals who are motivated and enjoy a fast pace work environment. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to pay attention to detail and effectively apply laws, rules, regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. The incumbent will be responsible for independently researching and preparing documents for appointments, separations, various payroll benefit documents and miscellaneous changes. BOE is located downtown within walking distance of the river, the capitol, shopping mall and restaurants. The position is located in a high-rise building. Training and development assignments may be considered.
