Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general direction of the Division Support Unit Manager within the Advisory, Analysis and Services Bureau you plan, organize and direct the work of the Systems Analysis Team. This includes supervisory responsibility over a team comprised of both business professional and IT classifications. You provide leadership and technical direction to project staff responsible for researching, evaluating and analyzing work processes and policies that incorporate new opportunities to increase ARM collection systems’ performance. You lead in the development and implementation of new technology enhancements, programs and policies that impact the ARM Division. You will be required to report on the progress of current efforts and present new concepts to ARM senior level managers; you will utilize written communication to clearly and concisely convey project updates, status and incident reports.

Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) may also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
