Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I, this position serves as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Title VI Coordinator for District 12. The incumbent ensures District compliance with Departmental Policies and Directives, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations relating to equal access and employment opportunities. Incumbent will provide a broad range of services, including training, to management and employees in the implementation and effectiveness of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The incumbent will also support the Small Business Program.
