The reporting location for this position is the Tejon Sector office located at Fort Tejon State Historic Park in Lebec. This position will work under the direction of the District Superintendent. The Tejon Sector consists of Fort Tejon State Historic Park, Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park and Tule Elk State Natural Reserve. The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative, resource management, visitor services and facilities management of the Sector. The incumbent will provide leadership, training, supervision, employee development opportunities and have the authority to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate the Sectors programs. These three parks have a wide and diverse variety of recreational, natural, cultural, and interpretive opportunities and topics. State housing may be available.
