The reporting location for this position is One Capitol Mall in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Deputy Director of Acquisition and Development. The Staff Services Analyst will provide various analytical and administrative services associated with the successful functioning of the Northern Service Center. The primary responsibilities include serving as the division-wide purchasing coordinator, management of the Northern Service Center vehicle fleet, administrative assistance for the Deputy Director and serving as the point person for all facility issues. The incumbent must maintain current knowledge of all State Purchasing Program rules and policies including but not limited to those established by Department of Finance, Office of Fleet Administration, Prison Industries Authority and Department of General Services Procurement.
