Under the direction of the Telecommunications Data Team Manager, the Assistant/Associate/Staff Information Systems Analyst will monitor network traffic, troubleshoot and address concerns regarding connectivity both in headquarters and in offsite field offices. The position will also be responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting switches, routers, networked devices - ensuring connectivity for our internal customers. Responsible for representing Telecommunications Data on projects and acting as a subject matter expert. Will be responsible for maintaining device inventory database, act as a liaison to vendors, business partners and other state agencies. Will evaluate and execute work orders for network equipment and services. Travel and Two-Part Medical is required. Multiple positions available.
Must be able to work on a team with diverse skills and characteristics. Must be able to effectively work well under pressure. Must have excellent written, verbal, customer service and analytical skills. A high degree of integrity, work ethic, flexibility and positive attitude is essential.
