Serves in a leadership role for a large, complex corporate database requiring an expert level of analytical skill and technical expertise. This includes being the lead technical resource for complex mainframe systems and providing the scope and definition of highly complex problems to aid team members maintaining/enhancing these systems. The incumbent will lead and/or develop and enhance the most complex applications in support of any BOE entity. Provides coordination with appropriate technical and business staff in all aspects of the development life cycle and ensures successful implementation of those systems. Candidate must be able to perform the essential job functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations. Advanced experience in mainframe, NATURAL/ADABAS, TSO, and JCL is highly desired. Experience programming in Natural and JCL is required. Takes a key role in exploring and applying new technology to solve new requests or increasing the efficiency of existing systems.
