Under general supervision of the Disability Insurance Automation (DIA) Project Business or Technical Unit Manager, performs as a core member of the DIA team, participates in and assists with completing a broad range of analytical tasks relating to all phases of the DIA project's planning, design, development, testing, training, and implementation processes. Works closely with the project team, DI Branch staff, and Information Technology (IT) Branch staff to concentrate on assisting in a specific project focus area, such as user and system interfaces, program integrity and business rules, document management systems, testing, system security, training, culture and organizational change, or education and outreach. Assists in the development of system requirements and testing methodologies for each requirement. Documents requirements and works with project staff to ensure system is designed to meet DI Branch requirements. Assists DI Branch testers and educators during system testing, training, and outreach for DIA. As directed by DIA management, continuously analyzes data during system requirements development, testing, training, and outreach in cooperation with other DIA team members to identify and resolve or elevate issues that may arise. Makes recommendations as requested by DIA management on necessary adjustments or alternate approaches to system testing and system development methods when issues arise. Performs other duties as may be assigned by DIA management. Special Requirements: Due to Departmental hiring restrictions, only EDD employees will be considered.
