The reporting location for this position is Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I. The incumbent will perform various asset management/program support and lease functions for the department including working with Maximo 7.5 Asset Management computer program; performs administrative support functions and other business management services functions as needed. Will help prepare materials, coordinate location sites, set up training and act as computer operator during training sessions. Will administer and monitor the complete commute program for the Department, track Mobile Registration Titles and Registration cards; verify facility data to assist the Lease management AGPA in verifying facility data in working with the owner of leased spaces for deficiencies and work with DGS on disputes. Work with landlords of leased facilities for building modifications; manage radio vault lease site locations. Desirable qualifications: Working computer knowledge and ability in using: Word, EXCEL, MS Outlook, Maximo 7.5 and CalSTARS. State housing is not available.
