The reporting location for this position is One Capitol Mall, Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of Deputy Director, Acquisition and Development, and will be responsible for supervising, managing, and directing the work of assigned staff processing contracts. The incumbent shall review contracts for content and conformance with applicable laws and policies; report to Deputy Director on critical contract issues and activities; direct the development and implementation of contracting policies and procedures; and direct the preparation of various reports. Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, be able to work under short deadlines, and also should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel programs. This position is pending Personnel Office and Executive Personnel Review Committee approval. State housing is not available.
