The reporting location for this position is the Hungry Valley Office located in Gorman. This position will work under the direction of the District Superintendent. The incumbent will be responsible for management of the Hungry Valley Sector. The incumbent will supervise and manage the Visitor Services, Maintenance, and Interpretation/Community Outreach functions of the Sector. This position offers the incumbent an excellent opportunity to gain experience in managing all facets of a sector operation, with an emphasis on public safety and visitor services. As an integral member of the District Core Staff, this position has a very active role in the District’s overall strategic planning. The operation of four-wheel drive vehicles, off-highway motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles is required. State housing is not available.
