The reporting location for this position is One Capitol Mall in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Senior Land Surveyor. This position is responsible for boundary, topographic, acquisition and construction surveys; technical calculation; preparation of legal land descriptions; and preparation of Records of Survey, topographic, ownership and other maps. This position requires a valid California Land Surveyor’s License. A Certification of Registration as a Civil Engineer issued by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists prior to January 1, 1982 satisfies this requirement.
