The Board of Equalization’s (BOE) Centralized Revenue Opportunity System (CROS) Project is a modernization effort to replace BOE’s legacy mainframe-based revenue and collection systems, to develop an enterprise data warehouse, and to expand online services. The position is located in a high-rise building.
BOE is recruiting 1.0 Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to provide project management support to the CROS management team.
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the AGPA’s principal responsibilities include:
• Creation, review, and maintenance of project management documents.
• Maintenance of risk assessment, mitigation plans and issue logs
• Monitoring project schedules, progress, costs, and resource usage.
• Analyze, evaluate, and track issues and practices that may impact CROS operations.
• Prepares data and information in response to management, department, and control agency inquiries.
Additionally, the Project Management AGPA will provide backup support to the Administrative AGPAs related to tasks related to project expenditures, purchasing, contracts, facilities, position control, and personnel.
The incumbent is expected to apply a high level of analytical skills, initiative, independence, and good judgment as well as have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
