Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the incumbent will function as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) analyst and coordinator for the following functions: Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Disability Advisory Committee (DAC), Wellness Committee, Limited Examination And Appointment (LEAP), Workforce Analysis (WA), Language Survey, and Disability Survey.
Knowledge of the (EEO) program, RA, EAP and WA and Language Survey/Disability Survey. Knowledge of State Personnel Board and California Department of Human Resources (Formerly Department of Personnel Administration) laws and rules; the ability to: consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, originality, confidentiality, and organization in completing and managing daily work; work independently; exercise good judgment; communicate effectively orally and in writing; and to manage multiple tasks. Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word. Must possess a customer service attitude, an excellent attendance record, and be detail oriented.
