We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable leader for the Office Manager position in the Capitola Field Office. Under general direction of the Regional Administrator, the Field Office Manager is primarily responsible for effectively managing workloads, resources, budgeting available dollars and hours to ensure that the field office is fully staffed and functional. The Office Manager is directly responsible for developing and maintaining a high quality public service program, for correctly and fairly administrating all department programs, implementing new technology and improving employee development. Skills to meet job requirements at entry level are communication (written and verbal) Interpersonal Skills, Supervisory and Training, Planning and Organizing. Selected candidate may be required to participate in the DMV employee pull notice program. Saturday and/or extended office hours may be required. Two part medical required.
