Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Legislation, the Administrative Assistant I provides support to the Director of Legislation and CalHFA MAC staff. Works in conjunction and coordination with HCD legislative staff to complete legislative tasks. In addition to representing the Agency in a professional and dignified manner, the Administrative Assistant I must have an appreciation for the delicate nature of the work, and maintain strict confidence of sensitive issues that may be encountered. Must be able to prioritize among a variety of work assignments, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, and be able to meet many simultaneous deadlines.
