JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the supervision of the Admin and Facilities Support Data Processing Manager II and the assistance from the Sr. ISA lead the Assistant ISA performs tasks and analysis in support of the Command Center Services Section. The incumbent assists coordination with business and technical staff to track and validate changes, expiration, and extension of IT contracts, equipment and personnel databases. Participates and assists in the staff scheduling process for a 24x7x365 IT operation. The incumbent processes updates timely to the CCSS internal websites and creating new websites. The incumbent assists with the updating of administrative support records and is required to function with a high degree of independence, integrity, and discretion when interacting with staff on sensitive matters. The incumbent assists with providing technical support and training to other personnel within the unit on all aspects of Admin processes and tools such as assist with establishing and/or updating of procedures and processes including manuals, computer software baseline guides, training and/or updating of on-boarding processes. Assist with Data Center Facility organization; including but not limited to, labeling and tracking of equipment including hardware and software diagrams and reference manuals, and assist with installation of sensor nodes to help monitor temperature and humidity. Furthermore, the incumbent is expected to provide input, alternatives, and identify solutions to issues concerning internal team and communication processes. Assist Project Manager(s) in the creation and/or implementation of power point presentations and task plans in support of Enterprise Data to Revenue project (EDR) and/or any other projects assigned.

Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) may also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
