Job Description:
Under the direction of the Principal Auditor, Motor Carrier Office, the Supervising Tax Auditor I is responsible for implementing, directing, and evaluating on a statewide basis the audit program and procedures relating to the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) program, the Interstate Use Diesel Fuel Program (DI) Diesel Exempt Bus (DB), Government Entities (DG) and Alternate Fuel Tax Programs. The position directs the work of a group of professional audit staff. Travel required 25% of the time. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.

This position is responsible for organizing and overseeing a group of field auditors.
