Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Manager, Executive Services Section (Staff Services Manager III), the Staff Services Manager I (specialist), the Staff Services Manager I will function as an administrative specialist having expertise in various State processes and requirements including budgeting, accounting, and procurement. The incumbent will employ subject-matter expertise and process knowledge to “enterprise” or systems solutions and on behalf of the executive leadership.” SROA/Surplus will be given priority. This position is located in a high-rise building.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: In order to be considered for this position, you must complete and submit responses to the following Supplemental Questionnaire (SQ):

1. Describe your role in serving as a lead executive representative at high level meetings, discerning issues of concern, and reporting directly to executive levels.

2. Describe your experience analyzing complex accounting, budgeting and procurement data and how these functions can add value to enterprise efficiency.

3. Describe your experience on preparing issue papers and other management reports.

4. Describe your experience working with teams on high priority projects and in a fast-paced setting.
